By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. If your membership is recurring, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Prices, offers, and membership features may change over time. Any changes will not affect charges already completed.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation process available through the checkout, billing portal, or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for past payments unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.

5. Refunds

Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

We may choose to issue a refund at our discretion, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

6. No income guarantees

Tycoon Academy provides education, community, and resources. We do not guarantee that you will make money, get results, grow a business, or achieve any specific outcome.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, decisions, market conditions, and consistency.

Any examples, member wins, case studies, or testimonials are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be treated as typical or guaranteed results.

7. Community rules

To use the community, you agree not to:

• harass, abuse, threaten, or spam other members;

• post illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading content;

• share private community content outside the platform;

• attempt to sell, solicit, or promote unrelated offers without permission;

• impersonate another person;

• interfere with the platform or other members’ experience.

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships if we believe these rules have been broken.

8. Account access

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or give access to your account to another person unless we give written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All Tycoon Academy content, including videos, lessons, templates, text, images, designs, branding, and community materials, belongs to Tycoon Academy or its licensors.

You may use the content for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, upload, or create competing products from our content without written permission.

10. Affiliate program

Tycoon Academy may offer an affiliate program for members or selected users.

Affiliate commissions, eligibility, payout thresholds, tracking rules, and approval requirements may be changed at any time. We may cancel, reject, reverse, or withhold commissions for fraud, abuse, refund activity, self-referrals, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

11. Third-party platforms

Tycoon Academy may use third-party platforms such as Circle, Stripe, Rewardful, Fillout, Airtable, email providers, analytics tools, and other services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, outages, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, checkout, community, affiliate links, forms, automations, or any connected systems.

You must not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security, or interfere with any part of the service.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tycoon Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to Tycoon Academy in the three months before the issue arose.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, abuse the community, or create risk for Tycoon Academy or other members.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continuing to use Tycoon Academy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
